Mid-Level Synthetic ISR Scenario Design All Source/Ops Analyst supporting ACC/A2 at Nellis AFB. In this role, you will utilize all source research data to design, develop, deliver, and tailor synthetic scenarios based on customer training objectives and system requirements. You will research, analyze, and assess intelligence-related data to incorporate into future scenario designs and maintain realism while participating in small force and large force exercises. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can brainstorm with team members to create realistic scenario-based training for ACC training audiences. To be considered, you'll need to bring an
active TS/SCI clearance - because you'll be stepping straight into work that matters from day one.
Utilize all source research data to design, develop, deliver, and tailor synthetic scenarios based on customer training objectives and system requirements. Assist with software suites in order to aid in the production of synthetic scenarios.
Research, analyze, and assess intelligence-related data to incorporate into future scenario designs and maintain realism. Integrate PAI data in applicable tasks and objectives .
Participate in small force/large force exercises. Administer and enable facilitation of synthetic scenarios to customer via web-based software from duty station or TDY.
Maintain up-to-date order of battle and situational awareness of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures. Take initiative to update flight/team members on adversary tactics updates.
Liaison/coordinate with flight leadership and customer in order to meet requests and reoccurring deadlines. Maintain baseline knowledge of US DOD doctrine and operational plans (OPLAN).
Brainstorm with team members to create realistic scenario-based training for ACC training audiences. Assist with briefing scenario projects to flight, squadron leadership, and DVs on a periodic basis.
Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex , seemingly unrelated , and/or technically advanced.
Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence. Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or
critical problems and provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have associate's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor's degree.
At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Current TS/SCI security clearance is required .
All source research and analysis experience with ability to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues.
Experience designing, developing, and delivering synthetic scenarios based on customer training objectives and system requirements.
Knowledge of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures and ability to maintain up-to-date order of battle and situational awareness.
Baseline knowledge of US DOD doctrine and operational plans (OPLAN).
Experience with software suites used in the production of synthetic scenarios.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong verbal, writing, and briefing skills.
