Global Enterprise Services, LLC (GES) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to support the 127th Mission Support Contracting (MSC) office at Selfridge Air National Guard Base (SANGB). The Procurement Analyst will provide full lifecycle acquisition and contract administration support in a fast-paced Department of Defense (DoD) contracting environment supporting mission-critical Air National Guard operations.
The successful candidate will support pre-award, award, and post-award acquisition activities while ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, AFFARS, and applicable federal procurement regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills, acquisition planning experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple procurement actions simultaneously with minimal supervision.
This role directly supports Government procurement operations involving services, commodities, SRM, MILCON, construction, and Architect-Engineer (A-E) acquisitions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Contract Management, Acquisition, Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- DAWIA Contracting Foundational / Level I certification or equivalent acquisition certification
- Minimum 3-5 years of federal procurement, contract administration, or acquisition support experience
- Experience supporting DoD or Federal acquisition environments
- Working knowledge of:
- FAR
- DFARS
- Contract types (FFP, T&M, IDIQ, BPA)
- Cost and price analysis
- Source selection procedures
- Contract administration processes
- Experience supporting construction, SRM, MILCON, or A-E acquisitions preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and procurement actions simultaneously
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to maintain professional working relationships in a Government environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ACWS, PIEE, FPDS-NG, and PCF systems
- Familiarity with Air Force or Air National Guard contracting operations
- Experience supporting federal construction or facilities-related acquisitions
- Experience supporting acquisition planning and source selection activities
- Knowledge of FAR Part 10 - Market Research
- Knowledge of FAR Part 15 - Contracting Negotiation
- Knowledge of FAR Part 19 - Small Business Programs
- Knowledge of Part 36 - Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts
- Knowledge of Part 37 - Service Contracting
- Additional acquisition or contracting certifications are a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Provide acquisition planning and procurement analyst support for pre-award and post-award contracting activities
- Support procurement actions involving services, commodities, construction, SRM, MILCON, and A-E requirements
- Review procurement packages, Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statements of Objectives (SOO), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), and acquisition documentation for completeness and compliance
- Assist with acquisition strategy development, market research, source selection support, and contract administration activities
- Prepare and maintain procurement milestone schedules, acquisition trackers, and contract documentation
- Conduct market research utilizing SAM.gov, FPDS-NG, SBA DSBS, GSA eLibrary, and other Government procurement systems
- Support contract modifications, invoice reviews, contract closeout activities, and procurement file management
- Maintain organized and audit-ready Paperless Contract Files (PCF)
- Track acquisition milestones, procurement status, funding coordination, and suspense dates
- Prepare acquisition reports, procurement correspondence, evaluation documentation, and contract administration records
- Assist with small business utilization reviews and subcontracting plan analysis
- Coordinate with Contracting Officers (KO), Contracting Officer Representatives (COR), requiring activities, and technical personnel
- Identify procurement risks, compliance concerns, funding issues, and schedule impacts while recommending corrective actions
- Utilize Government systems and tools including:
- Army Contract Writing System (ACWS)
- Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)
- Paperless Contract Files (PCF)
- SAM.gov
- FPDS-NG
- Microsoft Office Suite
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Teams
- Ensure all procurement documentation remains accurate, compliant, organized, and audit-ready
- Safeguard procurement-sensitive information and comply with all cybersecurity, OPSEC, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and PII handling requirements
