Compensation Range: $185 -$205K

Core Tasks :

• Develop a deep understanding of system functionality, interfaces, and feature interactions to fully comprehend end-to-end system behavior

• Translate complex technical concepts(system functionality) into clear, structured and testable requirements

• Produce design documentation, system architecture artifacts, and workflow/flow diagrams

• Collaborate within a large cross-functional team of 20+ members with diverse technical skill sets

• Participate in working group meetings (typically 1-5 participants) to capture notes, refine requirements, and develop design documentation

• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and customers to ensure requirements are complete, feasible, and technically sound

• Ensure automated testing considerations are incorporated into solutions and validate that implemented automated tests align with documented requirements

Requirements :

• Minimum 10 years of experience planning, developing, and implementing systems engineering practices and processes

• Experience with the Software Engineering

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Project

• Experience with software development and various software development lifecycle models

• Individual shall have at least ten (10) years of systems engineering experience in three or more of the following areas:

• • Work Breakdown Structures

• • Project schedules and estimates

• • Requirements definition and analysis

• • Requirements traceability

• • Requirements verification and validation

• • Configuration management

• • Risk management
