GVI, Inc., a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking aProgram Management Analyst in Hanahan, SC.
This position will provide full spectrum program management support services for a project within the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's Expeditionary Department. This position will directly support NIWC's Integrated Project Team (IPT) in a lead role as scrum master and master scheduler.
Position Responsibilities:
• Manage the project calendar to include hosting meetings, developing meeting briefs, capture/distribution of meeting minutes, and tracking meeting Courses of Action (COAs) identified.

Position Responsibilities:
- Incumbent, as the scrum master, facilitates recurring Agile meetings to include: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint status reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Maintain and administer Jira boards, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
- Track sprint metrics, team velocity, burn-down charts, and action items.
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous process improvement.
- Incumbent, as the master scheduler, develops, tracks, reports, and briefs multiple project Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) via MS Project.
- Develop and present routine IMS Roadmap Reports utilizing a variety software (Project, Excel, One Pager).
- Provide as required Schedule Baseline Variance reports and assist the project with recommendations.
- Effectively analyze schedule critical path, schedule conflicts/risk, and resource requirements/constraints.
- Coordinate team data calls, develop draft reports, and ensure Project Lead (PL) approval of weekly and monthly project technical status reports. Tasking to include data collection, routing/approval, CM, and distribution.
• Manage the project calendar to include hosting meetings, developing meeting briefs, capture/distribution of meeting minutes, and tracking meeting Courses of Action (COAs) identified.
- Provide data management support with maintaining the data architecture, storage, and controls of the Project's MS SharePoint database.
- Support the PL to ensure communication and response to ad hoc sponsor driven Request for Information (RFI).
- Coordinate visitor events to include ensuring visitor have meeting agendas, site badging, and hosting location confirmed.
- Support the Project with risk management responsibilities to include risk process development/implementation, risk identification/tracking/mitigation, and risk reporting.
- Provide a significant role in authoring, implementing, and maintaining program/project management process documentation to meet IPT, Division, and PMO requirements.
- Utilize historical reporting, schedule, & risk data, project artifacts, and other relevant data to document lessons learned and advise the project of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives.
Personal Qualifications:
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and other project management frameworks, and the ability to apply these methodologies to manage communication effectively throughout the project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, using excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate team members, facilitate collaboration, and drive successful outcomes.
- Experience in conducting effective presentations, meetings, and project status updates to stakeholders, including adapting communication style to different audiences.
- Proficient in using communication tools such as email, chat, video conferencing, and project management software to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- A strong commitment to transparency, keeping stakeholders informed and up to date on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Proven experience in identifying and evaluating business opportunities and developing and executing strategic plans to launch and grow new ventures.
Position Requirements:
- US Citizen.
- Secret Clearance Required for this full-time position.
- Work to be performed onsite (North Charleston SC) for this position.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education, Physical Science, or business-related specialty.
- Six (6) years of previous experience, to include: Development of Program Acquisition Documentation, Development of Program Monitoring Approach (i.e., PERT, CPM, EVM, etc.), Data Collection and Analysis, Program Health & Risk Analysis, Development of Cost Estimates, Development of Program Status Reports, and Development & Management of Integrated Master Schedules.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
- Intermediate to advanced skill set in Atlassian Jira, MS Office Suite, MS Project, MS Teams, MS SharePoint, Power Point, and Adobe Acrobat.
