Scrum Master - Remote

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Scrum Master to serve multiple teams on data-driven projects.


Roles and responsibilities include:


Serve as Scrum Master for two or more development teams in an Agile SAFe environment
Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and team‑level PI planning activities
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning
Identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies, and help teams navigate ambiguity
Track and communicate progress, risks, and metrics that matter, and explain why they matter
Promote positive team dynamics, open communication, and psychological safety
Proactively identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.

Experience Needed:


Demonstrated experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously
Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of partners
Comfort working in evolving environments where priorities may shift
Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles in practice, not just in theory
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for workflow management, reporting, and metrics
Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and modern digital technology environments.
Experience facilitating scaled Agile ceremonies.
