Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and technically driven AI & Automation Developer to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of AI-powered solutions across the organization. This position will focus heavily on coding, software development, automation, and the practical application of artificial intelligence technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is an early-career developer who is passionate about AI, enjoys solving complex problems through code, and is eager to explore emerging technologies while building real-world solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications and internal software tools
-Build automated workflows and solutions to improve business operations
-Develop and maintain software integrations between systems and platforms
-Write, test, debug, and optimize code for performance and reliability
-Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies and capabilities
-Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to address business challenges
-Support data processing, analysis, and automation initiatives
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-enabled solutions
-Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and systems
-Continuously improve and expand existing AI and automation capabilities
Required Qualifications
-Strong programming and software development fundamentals
-Experience writing and maintaining code in one or more modern programming languages
-Understanding of software design, testing, and debugging practices
-Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation technologies
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
-Experience developing applications, scripts, or automation solutions
-Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integrations
-Exposure to AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or related technologies
-Experience working with cloud-based environments and modern development tools
-Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development practices
What You'll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on development role. The selected candidate will spend the majority of their time coding, developing automation solutions, building AI-enabled applications, integrating systems, and exploring new ways to leverage artificial intelligence to improve organizational effectiveness.
