DAI Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Help Desk Analyst
Position Summary
Frontec Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused DAI Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Help Desk Analyst to support a federal financial management program. The successful candidate will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) users, troubleshoot functional and system-related issues, and assist with system testing, training, and contract deliverables. This role requires a strong understanding of federal Procure-to-Pay business processes and experience supporting Oracle-based ERP environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support for DAI Procure-to-Pay (P2P) users, resolving functional, technical, and system-related issues.
Troubleshoot incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and document findings and resolutions.
Create, track, prioritize, and manage help desk tickets in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Support end users throughout the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing, and payment processing.
Assist with testing and validation of DAI system releases, patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
Develop and maintain contract deliverables, standard operating procedures, user guides, and process documentation.
Create and maintain agency-specific training materials and knowledge base content.
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing end-user support.
Identify recurring issues, trends, and system deficiencies and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with federal financial management regulations, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve system performance.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field.
Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Security Clearance
Active Secret clearance required.
Required Experience
Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting DAI in a Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 help desk environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of federal Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
Experience using ticket management systems and customer support workflows.
Experience troubleshooting ERP-related business process and system issues.
Experience developing user documentation, training materials, and knowledge management resources.
Strong understanding of federal financial management operations and controls.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) financial management systems.
Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle-based ERP environments.
Experience supporting DAI testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.
Knowledge of federal acquisition, procurement, and payment regulations.
