You will be the Associate Manager Quality Engineering (Cable/Harness/Assembly) for the Quality Assurance team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality electronic assemblies, machined and welded parts, and safety-critical systems for defense and commercial customers.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Associate Manager Quality Engineering (Cable/Harness/Assembly) you will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance function that supports the Cable/Harness & Electro-Mechanical Assembly area.

Basic Qualifications:
• STEM degree at the Bachelor's level or higher, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (ie SAP, Apriso, etc.)
• Experience with root cause analysis and evaluations
• Experience working successfully in a team environment.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Security clearance
Desired Skills:
• STEM degree at Bachelor's level or higher preferred.
• Experience with quality assurance in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading a group of technical individuals.
• Experience with cable/harness and electro/mechanical assembly standards
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001 and NQA-1/10CFR50 Appendix B and/or auditing experience with these standards
• Experience in Quality, Engineering and/or Production Operations
• Experience with MRB and dispositioning of nonconformances
• Experience writing technical reports
• Experience interfacing and interacting with DCMA and/or other government customers
• Certified Green Belt or experience with lean manufacturing and failure analysis
• Certifications or knowledge of IPC-610, IPC-620, J-STD-001
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

- Implement mistake-proofing, continuous-improvement initiatives, and ISO 9001/AS9100 compliance.
- Collaborate with other Lockheed Martin sites to harmonize processes and achieve mission success.
