Description:You will be the master data governance associate manager for the Master Data Governance team. Our team is responsible for consolidating, governing, and maintaining high quality master data across the enterprise.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Master Data Governance (MDG) Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading the end to end master data management solution that enables a reliable digital thread.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the enterprise master data governance framework.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and proper formatting across product life cycle processes.
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to align master data with business objectives and the OneLM initiative.
- Monitor data quality metrics, resolve data issues, and drive corrective actions.
- Lead a team of data stewards and provide mentorship to foster a data centric culture.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
