ECS is seeking an Enterprise SharePoint Service Administrator - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.
Task 4 - Enterprise Operations Support - provides 24/7/365 network monitoring, control, and management from the RCC-ARNG Network Operations Center (NOC) over classified and unclassified networks, delivering DoDIN services including data, voice, and video across the ARNG's distributed enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Administer SharePoint environments to enhance enterprise collaboration and document management.
- Configure site collections, permissions models, and content libraries to meet operational needs.
- Implement and manage workflow settings to optimize business processes.
- Apply platform updates and monitor system health to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot user access issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Document configuration changes in alignment with configuration management protocols.
- Ensure collaboration services are secure and compliant with operational standards.
- Support cybersecurity requirements and adhere to RMF controls and STIG guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Intermediate proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, SSCP
- Education: Bachelors in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in administering enterprise collaboration environments within DoD or Federal networks
- Proven expertise in managing SharePoint environments for enterprise collaboration
- Experience in applying updates and monitoring system performance
- Proficient in documenting configuration changes and supporting configuration management processes
- Knowledge of DoD operational standards and enterprise information management policies
Desired Qualifications
- Clearance: Active Secret preferred
- Experience with classified and unclassified network operations
- Familiarity with DoDIN services and their implementation in distributed infrastructures
- Understanding of Title 10 and Title 32 missions and their IT requirements
- Experience with SIPRNet operations and secure communications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
