Risk and Compliance Analyst

Position Summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Risk and Compliance Analyst to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. This role involves conducting requirements analysis, capability-based assessments, and documentation to support the transition of the program into a DoD Program of Record. The position requires proficiency in JCIDS, requirements management tools, and stakeholder engagement to define and validate operational needs, along with strong analytical and technical writing skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis, capability-based assessments, and documentation to support program transition into a DoD Program of Record.
• Utilize JCIDS and requirements management tools to define and validate operational needs.
• Engage stakeholders effectively to ensure alignment of requirements.
• Perform gap analyses and develop requirements documentation.
• Align program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in requirements analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in developing requirements documentation, conducting gap analyses, and aligning program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks.
• Experience with requirements traceability matrices, capability development documentation, and DoD governance processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional certification.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.

Required Education and Experience Equivalency

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• OR 5 years of equivalent experience in requirements analysis.
