Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Track expenditures and manage procurement cycles.
- Ensure contract compliance with DoD acquisition policies.
- Perform data analysis, cost forecasting, and procurement workflow optimization.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field OR a minimum of 4 years of equivalent experience in contract administration.
- Demonstrated experience in the DFARS and FAR processes for procurement.
- Experience managing purchase orders, tracking procurement performance metrics, and ensuring budget alignment with operational requirements.
- Experience with acquisition software, federal procurement databases, and financial tracking tools to support compliance with DoD acquisition regulations.
- Experience in cost estimation, contract analysis, and procurement audits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM).
- DoD Financial Management Certification.
Required Education and Experience Equivalency
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 years of equivalent experience in contract administration.
