Job Description

Position Summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Licensing and Contract Administrator to support the USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. This role involves managing software licenses, contract renewals, and vendor compliance to ensure legal and regulatory adherence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage software licenses, contract renewals, and vendor compliance ensuring legal and regulatory adherence.
  • Proficiently track licenses, interpret contracts, and optimize costs for software and hardware procurements.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Contract Law, Business Management, or a related field OR a minimum of 4 years of equivalent experience in contract administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in the DFARS and FAR processes for software and technology licensing, ensuring compliance with DoD acquisition regulations and intellectual property policies.
  • Experience managing enterprise software licenses, tracking renewal cycles, and ensuring vendor compliance with federal procurement requirements.
  • Experience with DoD licensing agreements, SaaS procurement, and enterprise contract negotiation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM).
  • IT Asset Management (ITAM) Certification.

Required Education and Experience Equivalency

  • Bachelor's degree in Contract Law, Business Management, or a related field.
  • OR 4 years of equivalent experience in contract administration.
