Job Description

Position Summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Geospatial Solutions Architect to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. This role involves overseeing geospatial visualization services and dashboard integration, designing and implementing geospatial visualization solutions, and ensuring integration with operational dashboards and cloud-based platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee geospatial visualization services and dashboard integration.
  • Design and implement geospatial visualization solutions, ensuring integration with operational dashboards and cloud-based platforms.
  • Utilize GIS tools, geospatial data processing, and mapping services.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in geospatial architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing GIS solutions using ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms.
  • Experience integrating geospatial data into cloud-based applications.
  • Experience with spatial analysis, remote sensing, and geospatial AI/ML applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ESRI ArcGIS Desktop Associate or GISP certification.

Required Education and Experience Equivalency

  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, or a related field.
  • OR 5 years of equivalent experience in geospatial architecture.
