ABOUT THIS ROLE
St. Michael’s is hiring a Contracts and Finance Project Manager to support an DHS client. As the Project Manager, you will act as a primary liaison with senior Government stakeholders, addressing workforce concerns, mitigating risks, and aligning staffing solutions with evolving mission needs. WHO YOU ARE
- Active Public Trust or higher clearance (or have the ability to obtain one).
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
- A minimum of Ten (10) Years of experience in performing Program Management support services related to financial and acquisitions projects.
- Hold an active Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC)-Program (P), Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) Certification.
- Excellent computer/reporting skills, including a high level of proficiency with MS Excel and other database/project management tracking tools.
- Federal Acquisition process knowledge/experience
- Understanding of the Federal acquisition lifecycle from inception of need to contract/program/project completion
- Strong understanding of Program/Project Management, especially as it relates to the Federal Government.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a primary liaison with Government stakeholders, they address workforce concerns, mitigate risks, and align staffing solutions with evolving mission needs.
- Be a trusted advisory to government clients as it relates to acquisitions and financial program management requirements.
- Oversee contractor personnel and ensure efficient resource utilization.
