Joint Operations Center Watch Supervisor
The Opportunity:
The JOC Watch Supervisor will lead and oversee operations in the Joint Operations Center (JOC) Watch Operations. This role provides critical subject matter expertise and leadership. The supervisor ensures continuous situational awareness of all Joint Task Force-Mission (JTF-M) operations, readiness reporting, and supports the commander's ability to command and control Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) contingency operations during crisis situations.
The position involves operational planning, JOC operations oversight, real-time monitoring, and coordination across multiple domains, including force protection, exercise planning, and operational analysis. The supervisor will manage a 24/7 watch floor schedule and ensure seamless integration of intelligence and operational processes.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Joint Operations Center Watch Supervisor

What You'll Work On:
- Lead the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational processes related to Force Protection, Exercises, Training, Real-World Analysis, DSCA, and Commander's updates.
- Oversee and maintain a 24/7 Watch Floor, ensuring operational readiness and real-time reporting to senior leadership.
- Integrate intelligence applications onto the Watch Floor for enhanced coordination with the Intelligence Directorate.
- Ensure continuous communications checks with Higher Headquarters and other agencies to maintain operational oversight.
- Supervise troubleshooting of technical issues, restoration of VTC calls, updates to the theater Common Operating Picture (COP), Commander's Update Brief (CUB) updates and accurate recording of theater-level or international events.
- Manage identification and dissemination of Automated Message Handling System (AMHS) messages and taskings to the command.
- Incorporate exercise-related training into senior leadership daily briefs.
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in military operations, watch floor management, or joint operations center leadership roles
- Experience with USINDOPACOM operations and joint task force structures
- Experience in operational reporting tools, VTC systems, and COP management
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with AMHS messaging systems and intelligence integration
- Experience with Indo-Pacific theater operations and multinational coordination
- Experience in exercise planning and operational analysis during real-world events
- Knowledge of Antiterrorism and Force Protection programs and compliance standards
- Ability to work in a high-optempo, 24/7 operational environment and troubleshoot technical issues under pressure
- Possession of strong leadership and communication skills for coordination with senior leadership and interagency partners
- TS/SCI clearance
