SABG is hiring a full-time Analyst (Intermediate) to provide Executive Support for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) at Fort Belvoir, VA.
Intermediate Analyst will provide direct support with day-to-day activities for the Director of Staff (DS) Office. This is a full-time in office position with some telework opportunities as determined by supervisor.

- Review, edit, and process correspondence packages for Executive Services as a Correspondence Management Officer (CMO).
- Review incoming correspondence/staff packages for Command Group review/signature, which includes providing analytical and editorial support and ensuring adherence to all established correspondence guidance and policies.
- Use Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) cloud-based application to manage incoming correspondence and Command Group staff packages.
- Assist the Staff Action Control Officer (SACO) team with Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) tasker processing as needed.
- Work as a member of the Executive Support team to assist with solving routine problems.
- Support programmatic processes to meet stakeholder requirements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree and seven years relevant experience required. An AA/AS with nine years of relevant experience maybe substituted for the BA/BS.
- Must possess exceptionally strong analytical skills to conduct planning and analysis, and trend analysis.
- Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, able to support multiple projects, possess excellent communication skills, work well within a team, interact with multiple levels of management, and be able to manage customer and contractor relationships.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment.
- Possess exceptionally strong writing skills.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment.
- Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and database (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe PDF, and Teams).
