Description:
You will be the Associate Project Manager - Technical (Level 3) for the Advanced Manufacturing Technologies (AMT) Advanced Sensors & Electronics (ASE) Campaign. Our team is responsible for the design and manufacturing of advanced electronics solutions for Missiles and Fire Control.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Associate Project Manager - Technical (Level 3) you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of moderate-to-high complexity electronics manufacturing projects across Lockheed Martin MFC facilities.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business
Administration, Finance, or a related technical
discipline.
• Proven experience in project planning and technical
management in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of project management
methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to create and maintain Integrated Master
Schedules (IMS).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g.,
Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Active Secret security clearance
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
• Experience in high mix, low volume manufacturing
• Technical understanding of engineering processes
and products, where ability to summarize and explain
complex technical subjects is required.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes,
prior experience working in manufacturing settings
where advanced sensors and electronics manufacturing are utilized.
• Ability to develop and communicate larger
strategy/projects across multiple product
lines.
• Demonstrated discipline in executing multi-functional
projects with competing constraints.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
