The primary mission of the Security and Emergency Services (SES) organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.
SES is looking for an energetic Security Representative Senior to support the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) by performing physical security duties for the F-16 and F-22 Programs. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:
• Prepare, review, and maintain ICD 705 required paperwork for SAPFs (e.g., Fixed Facility Checklists, TEMPEST Checklist, Accreditation Letters, Facility Security Plans, Access Control Records, Incident Reports, SAP-Specific Forms)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IFG SAPFs
• Track GSA container locations and combinations
• Conduct semi-annual alarm testing
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate approved security measures
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and corrective repairs with approved contractors, documenting all work per ICD 705 guidelines
• Conduct periodic physical security risk assessments; evaluate threat scenarios, vulnerability points, and impact levels
• Build and maintain effective relationships within the corporation and externally with government customers

Basic Qualifications:
• Proven knowledge and understanding of industrial security regulations and procedures, including experience administering provisions of the 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 117 NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual, and Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705)
• Must possess a Final Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years, and is eligible to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access
• Direct experience preparing, reviewing, and maintaining ICD 705-required paperwork for SAPFs (e.g., Fixed Facility Checklists, Accreditation Letters, TEMPEST Checklists, Facility Security Plans, Access Control Records, Incident Reports, SAP-Specific Forms)
• Knowledge of perimeter security, intrusion detection systems, access control hardware/software, and badge/credential management
• Ability to conduct site surveys, security assessments, and vulnerability analyses in accordance with SAP standards
• Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required
• Minimum 3 years of Industrial/Program Security experience
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
• ICD 705 Construction Certification
• TEMPEST Training
• Excellent written, verbal, and customer interface skills
• Access Control and Physical Security experience
• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently when required and be a team player
