The Work
As a Cyber Tools Specialist supporting the
Lockheed Martin RMS Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications
(C2BMC) program, you will play a crucial role in
enhancing the security posture of critical
systems. Your primary responsibilities will
include:
Development and implementation of Cyber
Tools Patch releases in the NT labs, the C2BMC
Test Facility (CTF), and Ops. The primary
responsibility of this position is to develop,
document, and maintain the Windows
Multifactor Authentication (MFA) with the
Axway Repeater, Responder, and 90-Meter
software.
Additional tasks include: installing, deploying,
and unit testing additional Cyber Products
(e.g., Delinea, ESS (Trellix), Elastic, BigFix, KMS, etc.). Providing redlines to COS engineers and
feedback to Cyber Leadership will be required
as part of position responsibilities.
Documenting lessons learned, best security
engineering practices, and industry standards
will be required in daily tasks as well. The
Cyber Tools Specialist will support the Cyber
Tools team as part of the Platform and
Infrastructure (P&I) ART.

clearance at the Secret level prior to start; you
must be a US Citizen for consideration.

CO and is 100% onsite.

We are looking for an Sr. Cyber Tools Specialist
with a background in Cyber Engineering who
thrives in a dynamic, collaborative
environment.
You will possess:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, or related technical field, or
equivalent experience.
• A strong background developing,
documenting, and maintaining the Windows
Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) with the
Axway Repeater, Responder, and 90-Meter
software.
• Experience with Agile tools and software,
such as Jira.
• Proficiency in Linux or Windows operating
systems, including installation and
configuration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to
collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams and stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of related experience and may have a postsecondary degree or training in a related discipline.
Must have active Full Secret Clearance at start.
Must have IAT-Level II Certification at start.
3+ years of experience with implementation, deployment, and sustainment of PAM (Preferably Delinea) or MFA solution.
Desired Skills:
Solid understanding of endpoint security concepts, threat hunting basics, malware analysis, and zero-trust principles.
Excellent technical writing and documentation skills with the ability to produce clear SOPs, and compliance artifacts.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex issues. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong background in Windows Server and client administration in a virtualized environment.
Experience supporting cyber security in DoD, federal government, or similarly regulated environments, including STIG compliance and security baseline management.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of Cyber technology and DoD information assurance system certification, hands-on experience utilizing patch management, scanning & auditing, security event monitoring, host-based security and multi-factor tools in an integrated lab environment, and excellent technical document preparation skills and verbal communications are required for presentation of technical Cyber issues and reports to Agile Release Train (ART) leadership.
Experience with Agile Lifecycle utilizing Risk Management Framework (RMF) is a plus.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $123,500 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
