Description:

You will be the Financial Management Sr for the Financial Management Team. Our team is responsible for financial analysis, cost management, production operations oversight, and quality business operations.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Management Sr you will be responsible for leading financial analysis and guiding cost strategies across the program.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform lead-level financial analysis and present findings to senior leadership.


  • Oversee production operations and quality business operations, ensuring cost effectiveness.


  • Manage estimating, cost prevention, and administration activities for the program.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface regularly with other sites.


  • Travel occasionally to support site-specific initiatives and stakeholder engagements.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance,

Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related

discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined

education.

-Strong Analytical ability and Problem Solving Skills with attention to detail and reporting

accuracy

- Strong Microsoft office skills, primarily focusing in Excel

- Self Starter who can work effectively as an individual contributor and as part of a team

Desired Skills:

- Proficiency with Earned Value Management (EVM) at LM

- Knowledge of MFC financial and estimating systems.

- Cost management and estimating experience in a production environment.

- Knowledge of general production and quality processes.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers.

- Exposure to touch labor cost management and estimating.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
