Description:
You will be the Field Service Representative (FSR) for the MLRS/HIMARS Team in Grafenwöhr, Germany. Our team ensures the U.S. Army's M270A2 MLRS and HIMARS platforms stay mission ready by delivering expert fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair of their electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical subsystems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the FSR you will be the front line technical liaison for our customers, responsible for maintaining and restoring the combat ready status of HIMARS/MLRS systems worldwide. You'll work closely with the engineering, logistics, and operations groups, and you'll be ready to deploy to OCONUS and war zone locations whenever the mission requires.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Perform detailed troubleshooting, fault isolation, and repair on HIMARS/M270A2 electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with Army and Lockheed Martin standards.
• Provide on site technical support and guidance to the customer, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
• Document all actions, test results, and configuration changes in required logs and reports.
• Coordinate with supply chain and engineering to secure parts, tools, and technical data.
• Participate in scheduled and unscheduled deployments, including OCONUS and combat zone assignments.
• Complete post offer pre employment physicals to verify deployability and obtain interim Secret clearance within 90 days.
• Secure a valid U.S. passport within the first 60 days of employment.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to repair or replace assemblies, modules, cables, and related components.
Experience performing unit-level through depot-level launcher maintenance on M270 and/or HIMARS systems.
Working knowledge of launcher test equipment, training devices, and applicable technical manuals.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, IETMs, and maintenance procedures.
Experience completing maintenance forms, logs, records, and other required documentation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to conduct functional testing and post-repair verification to confirm compliance with performance and safety requirements.
Ability to identify, document, and report non-conforming conditions and support corrective action recommendations.
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds, work in confined spaces, and work at heights as required for launcher maintenance.
Desired Skills:
Experience coordinating requisition, receipt, inventory control, and tracking of spare parts, repair kits, test equipment, and support items.
Familiarity with logistics support for forward-deployed units, allied partners, or export/import-controlled items.
Active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance within 90 days.
Experience briefing senior unit leadership, unit personnel, customers, or program stakeholders.
Ability to provide informal/field-level training, including HIMARS familiarization.
Ability to represent Lockheed Martin and the LCLS Program as a subject matter expert in launcher sustainment, logistics, and field support.
