Primary Responsibilities:
- Process applicants for ID cards
- Process ID card applications
- Perform quality control checks
- Process access control requests
- Prepare custom system generated reports
- Prepare advance status reports
- Provide advance level customer service support
- Provide advance training
- Update files
- Identify and resolve complex ID card problems
- Identify and resolve moderately access control problems
- Performs advance integrated security management system programming tasks
- Plans, organizes, and implements tasks for special projects
- Develops draft standard operating procedures
- Prepares status briefs for USG supervisors
- Other duties upon request.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Provides limited supervision and oversight of contract personnel.
Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of clerical and data entry experience
- 2 years of operating/programming integrated security management systems experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Applications/Programs
- Good typing skills (30 WPM)
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to perform work with no supervision
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Performs assigned duties in an outstanding manner
- Works exceptionally well with coworkers and supervisors
- Observes work hours
- Demonstrates punctuality
- Maintains good relations with the public
- Business casual attire.

Security Clearance:
- SECRET Level Required
- Must have a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance or be able to successfully complete a U.S. government administered Investigation.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must also be able to maintain a US Government SECRET clearance.
