This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Acq Demo Business and Technical Management to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

As a Configuration Management Specialist at the NH-0301-3 broadband level, some of your typical work assignments may include:
- Coordinates comprehensive CM/DM activities across the system lifecycle, facilitating the engineering release process and reviewing ECPs, SCNs, and RFVs for technical accuracy and adherence to serialization standards.
- Establishes and maintains authoritative functional, allocated, and product baselines by conducting rigorous reviews of Technical Data Packages (TDPs) to ensure data integrity for procurement and production.
- Provides expert guidance to the Configuration Control Board (CCB), utilizing systems such as Windchill and DSREDS to maintain real-time status accounting while developing standardized CM policies and procedures.
- Facilitates Functional and Physical Configuration Audits (FCA/PCA) to validate as-designed, as-built, and as-modified configurations, ensuring contractor deliverables strictly adhere to Configuration Identification Documentation (CID).
- Synthesizes technical data audits to support complex acquisition strategies and Foreign Military Sales (FMS), ensuring seamless integration and configuration compliance across joint government and contractor teams.

- Incumbent must obtain/maintain Non-critical Sensitive/Secret security clearance
You may qualify at the NH-03 Broadband Level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS11 grade level in the Federal service as listed below and must meet 2 of the 3 specialized experience listed below to be qualified:
- Experience in Managing Configuration & Data Management processes.
- Experience in Ensuring technical compliance and the accuracy of contract deliverables.
- Experience in Executing root cause analysis and corrective actions to validate and ensure weapon system baseline integrity.
