We are seeking a diligent Logistician with experience managing a cyclic inventory, accountability, and dispersion of all property associated with an enterprise environment. In this role, you will manage the procurement process for the MACC-TTE, including utilizing CHESS, GFEBS, and ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the cyclic inventory, accountability, and dispersion of all property associated with the MACC-TTE
• Manage the procurement process using CHESS and GFEBS for goods and services required by the government, ensuring compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting market research, and executing contracts to support government missions effectively and efficiently
Required Qualifications:
• Secret Security Clearance
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline - OR - Have 5+ years' experience working with the Army Supply and Services Career Management Field
• Possess 3+ years' experience in procurement or contracting, preferably within a Government or Military environment
• Possess experience performing all functions of a supply operation in support of an Army activity, to include ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing supplies, taking actions to expedite receipt of parts, and researching alternative sources for items
• Possess experience performing property accountability functions, to include hand receipt of procedures and inventories of all types of Army property
• Possess a strong understanding of FAR and DFARS, Army procurement policies and procedure, as well as the CHESS system
