Job Description
The SCRIPT Act Data Analyst will:
• Ingest, clean, and validate manufacturer price increasenotices, new drug submissions, and other required data ensuring accuracy andcompleteness.
• Maintain and version the metric dictionary and annualreport metric definitions.
• Develop, maintain, and refresh Power BI dashboards forboth the public transparency portal and internal oversight/monitoring.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and data governancecompliance, including trade secret protections and coordination withLegal/Privacy.
• Monitor submission activity and compliance metrics,providing internal dashboards and automated reporting to support program operations.
• Analyze trends in drug pricing, cost drivers, submission patterns, and non compliance risks to support program and policy decision making.
• Develop automated visualizations, reports, and analytic summaries for leadership, program managers, and external inquiries.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance under state and federal requirements (e.g., HIPAA, trade secret statutes).
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, and program teams to optimize data pipelines, workflows, and portal functionality.
• Create and maintain documentation, metadata, and governance standards to support the transparency program.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support for policy development, legislative requests, and external stakeholders.
