Everforth ECS is seeking a STO Programmatic SETA to work in our Arlington, VA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding.
ECS seeks a Technical Science, Engineering, and Technical Advisory (SETA) candidate to provide onsite support to DARPA's Strategic Technology Office (STO). STO's mission is to develop technology to give national security leaders trusted, disruptive capabilities to win in all physical domains. STO seeks to carry out DARPA's mission of creating high-risk, high reward "breakthrough" technologies with a focus on ambitious, difficult, and revolutionary projects that achieve significant changes or fundamental shifts in technical capabilities and give our warfighters new ways to fight.
The successful candidate will support the DARPA program manager by leading ongoing demonstration projects and managing/coordinating transition activities. This includes overseeing contract execution, coordinating and collaborating with Government mission partners (such as USSOCOM and INDOPACOM), bridging short-fuse customer needs with engineering teams, and communicating status/results by preparing and delivering program briefings.
Required Skills
• 30+ years of relevant operational and program management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, and similar tools
• Strong communication skills - both written (including PowerPoint) and oral
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and respond to urgent requests
• Work on-site at DARPA HQ (Arlington, VA) daily
• Travel to support program up to 15% duty factor

• Experience as a Scientific and Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) supporting DARPA and/or U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM)

• Experience with small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS) operations, Counter-UAS (cUAS) defense, and Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD)
• Track record of assisting in transitioning multi-million-dollar technologies to military end-users
• Experience managing large dispersed teams, embedded deployments, and tracking forecasted budgets
