Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Assessing budget and maintenance initiatives, developing comprehensive impact reports that guided executive decision-making and supported long-term port operations;
2) Managing systems acquisition and contractor performance to ensure full regulatory compliance and mission alignment;
3) Scheduling routine maintenance, repairs, and modernization of maritime assets to prevent breakdowns and keep equipment running smoothly;
4) Providing technical guidance on contractual performance requirements.

- You will serve as Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and or Technical Assistant (TA).
- You will provide oversight and program management for all boat maintenance.
- You will analyze budget and maintenance related initiatives, policies and regulation to determine impact on the Port Operations program.
- You will be responsible for all work involved in the advance planning for boat and waterfront equipment availabilities.
- You will provide oversight and program management for Oil spill Response Program.
