Chinese, Spanish, Russian or Korean Linguist - S eeking a Mission Crew Training Simulator Specialist at Offutt AFB, NE. In this role, you'll be tasked with standardizing training task objectives and timelines to support Mission Qualification, Mission Certification, and pre-deployment training. You'll also develop and maintain MCTS scenarios that are exportable, adaptable, and standardized to stay ahead of ever-changing adversaries. Your scenarios will require biannual reviews and updates to reflect the current target operational environment.
Required Skills
Bachelor's and 6 + years (or Associate's and 10 + years) of relevant experience.
2/2 Reading and Writing in Target Language.
Experience supporting ISR operations
Experience supporting military training to include at least one of the following: Initial and Mission Qualification programs and Continuation Training, to include Courseware Development (CWD), Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Status of Training (SOT) reporting, or documentation of Job Qualifications Standards (JQS) or student progress reports.
Possible shift work may be required at times
Must be willing to undergo polygraph examination
Desired Skills
Experience developing courseware to support Training Task Lists (TTL).
Experience in project management adhering to Agile and/or Scrum concepts.
Knowledge in operating a Linux-based operating system.
