Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a Program Manager to support the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). This position is a hybrid opportunity on a new 5 year contract!

Job Description :
Provide enterprise cybersecurity and network monitoring support services in support of USAC's information security, network operations, compliance, risk management, and continuous monitoring objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all programmatic matters under this contract. The Program Manager shall be responsible for overall contract performance, coordination, staffing oversight, risk and issue management, quality oversight, communications support, and management reporting.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Typically, a bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and/or relevant cybersecurity leadership competency certifications
- Demonstrated experience providing enterprise cybersecurity and network monitoring support services

- US Citizenship is required and ability to obtain security clearance as needed.
