Job Title: Test Technician III
Location: Lynnwood, WA 98087 (100% Onsite)
Duration: Through 09/30/2026 (Potential for Extension/Conversion to FTE)
Clearance: Active SECRET Clearance (Interim Secret acceptable to start)
Citizenship: U.S. Citizen Required
Job Summary:
Seeking a Test Technician III to support the Client Mark 5 (Acoustic Device Countermeasure) program. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting the development, production, assembly, testing, and sustainment of sophisticated electro-mechanical systems for DoD customers.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Active SECRET Security Clearance (Interim Secret acceptable)
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting development, production, assembly, delivery, and sustainment of complex electro-mechanical products for DoD programs
• Experience inspecting and testing CCAs (Circuit Card Assemblies) and Piezo Electric components against engineering drawings
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand assembly drawings and technical documentation
• Ability to quickly understand and follow work instructions
• Experience with ESD, FOD, and EH&S requirements
• Experience assembling small components into space-constrained subsystems
• Proficiency using crimpers, wire strippers, soldering irons, hand tools, power tools, adhesives, and scales
• Proficiency with Client Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Maritime/Undersea Defense industry experience
• Experience leading manufacturing process improvement initiatives
• Experience creating, updating, or redlining work instructions for production processes
• Previous experience supporting acoustic, sonar, or countermeasure systems
