**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / DUTIES:
All Points is seeking a TS/SCI Cleared Lead Systems Engineer to support the Hybrid Architecture and Development for Experimental Systems (HADES) program in Albuquerque, NM. The selected candidate will support mission-critical satellite ground systems, satellite operations centers (SOCs), and associated infrastructure in support of U.S. Space Force initiatives.
This team is responsible for the development, integration, implementation, and sustainment of enterprise ground systems supporting space-based mission operations. These systems are essential to mission success and require strong systems engineering leadership to ensure technical baseline integrity, system performance, and operational reliability.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE, CURRENT, AND FULLY ADJUDICATED U.S. DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE WITH SCI ELIGIBILITY (TS/SCI) (NO INTERIM).

The Lead Systems Engineer will serve as the technical authority across program activities, providing leadership for system architecture, requirements development, integration, testing, and lifecycle sustainment. This role ensures alignment across multi-disciplinary teams and maintains engineering rigor in a complex, high-tempo mission environment.

**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Serve as the technical lead supporting Program Management and Government leadership
• Establish and oversee systems engineering processes to maintain technical baseline integrity
• Lead requirements development, CONOPS/CONEMP, system architecture, and V&V activities
• Develop and maintain the Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP)
• Provide technical leadership across design, development, integration, testing, and sustainment
• Oversee engineering support to satellite operations centers (SOCs) and ground systems
• Identify system risks and lead root cause analysis and mitigation efforts
• Support cybersecurity and accreditation activities across system environments
• Ensure system interfaces are properly defined, documented, and verified
• Lead engineering change management activities and technical review boards
• Support facility, infrastructure, and network engineering requirements
• Provide oversight for sustainment, logistics, and lifecycle management activities
• Maintain engineering documentation and configuration baselines
• Coordinate across stakeholders, mission partners, and multi-contractor environments
• Represent the program at technical reviews, readiness events, and leadership briefings
• Provide mentorship and guidance across multidisciplinary engineering teams

EDUCATION:
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
• 12+ years of relevant systems engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities

SKILLS / CERTIFICATIONS:

Required Technical Skills:
• Experience in systems architecture and CONOPS/CONEMP development
• Strong experience in requirements management, integration & testing (I&T), and verification & validation (V&V)
• Experience leading systems engineering efforts across complex, multi-contractor environments
• Strong understanding of satellite ground systems and satellite operations center (SOC) environments
• Experience supporting cybersecurity integration and accreditation activities
• Strong technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Additional Technical Experience Preferred:
• Experience supporting Space Systems Command or similar DoD/IC programs
• Experience with cloud environments, digital engineering, or DevSecOps practices
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Familiarity with facility engineering requirements
• Knowledge of logistics sustainment and obsolescence planning

Additional Experience Includes:
• Experience supporting mission-critical government or defense programs
• Experience working in highly secure, classified environments
• Ability to communicate work clearly using structured methodologies (e.g., SMART)
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active, current, and fully adjudicated U.S. Department of Defense Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) required (no interim)
