V2X is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Analyst (Junior) to provide financial management support to the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) MH-60R Program. Working under the guidance of senior financial analysts and program leadership, this position assists with budget tracking, financial analysis, funding execution, expenditure forecasting, and Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) modifications. The role provides developmental experience in Department of Defense financial management processes while supporting program execution and customer requirements.

Working under the guidance of senior financial analysts and program leadership, this position assists with budget tracking, financial analysis, funding execution, expenditure forecasting, and Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) modifications. The role provides developmental experience in Department of Defense financial management processes while supporting program execution and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial support to PMA-299 Business Financial Managers (BFMs) and the V2X financial team supporting the RAN MH-60R Program.
- Assist with collecting, analyzing, and tracking case budget requirements while coordinating with program offices, contractors, and U.S. Government agencies.
- Support execution of program funding within Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in accordance with budget requirements and customer direction.
- Assist with monthly re-baselining of obligations and expenditure projections within the Australian Disbursement Tracker (DT) and support variance analysis.
- Learn and support the use of financial databases, reporting systems, and financial management tools utilized by the program.
- Provide financial support for processing Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) amendments and modifications.
- Occasional travel, including air travel, may be required.

- Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Financial tracking and reporting databases utilized by the customer and program office.
Qualifications
Education/Experience Requirements
Education / Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- One year of directly related experience may be substituted for one year of education, where applicable.
Experience:
- Entry-level to two years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, business operations, or related fields.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with government financial management processes is preferred but not required.
Clearance/Citizenship: Active DOD Secret Clearance; Must be a U.S. Citizen.

- The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
- USD $45,000 - $60,000
- Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
