About The Role
We are Hiring! We are looking for a Zero Trust Program Manager focusing on enterprise level identity credential and access management/Identity and access management ICAM/ IAM in a Government environment to join our team. This qualified individual will be responsible for the comprehensive lifecycle management of complex technology infrastructure projects including server, storage, database, and network systems. The position involves oversight from planning through implementation, with emphasis on strategic alignment, technical leadership, and project execution in a government or high-security environment.

Leads full lifecycle from initiation to close-out: planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, delivery
Heads solution teams with technical leadership and ongoing mentoring
Communicates effectively with senior government officials and cross-functional internal/external teams

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

- Establishes project requirements, scope, budget, schedule, and resources
- Manages priorities across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Heads solution teams with technical leadership and ongoing mentoring
- Coordinates development and execution of solution roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Guides technology research in alignment with organizational strategy
Communicates effectively with senior government officials and cross-functional internal/external teams
- Balances strategic vision with execution detail, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience
- 10 years of experience in Information Technology as a Program Manager, Deputy PM, or Senior Project Manager
- PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification; must be current/active
- ITIL Foundation knowledge and proficiency with the knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques required to implement ITIL-based services
- Strong technical understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) / ICAM, including hands-on ICAM implementation experience
- Experience with end-to-end implementation of IT infrastructure and security solutions, including planning, design, testing, and deployment
- Computer science and engineering technologies experience
- Experience in solution architecture and agile project management
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree is a plus
- AWS GovCloud environments experience
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing Zero Trust Architecture frameworks and solutions in a government or high-security environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Skilled in engaging with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
