Position Overview
Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Project Integrator to support the National Space Intelligence Center at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The Project Integrator will provide project management and integration support to align mission priorities, technical activities, and enabling functions critical to squadron and directorate-level execution.
This position will support stakeholder engagement, mission planning, task management, schedule integration, documentation control, information management, and workflow execution across areas such as security operations, workforce development and training, human capital planning, financial management, logistics coordination, facilities lifecycle support, and squadron-level modernization initiatives. The individual will work closely with Government leadership, project officers, technical teams, and mission stakeholders to track actions, manage integrated schedules, coordinate decision packages, maintain shared knowledge repositories, and advance program priorities.
The Project Integrator will apply structured project management practices, enterprise integration methods, acquisition lifecycle awareness, and practical process improvement skills to ensure activities remain visible, aligned, traceable, and executable in support of mission objectives. Candidates must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, familiar with SharePoint and task management environments, and capable of developing sustainable processes that improve coordination, accountability, and mission execution.
Responsibilities
• Provide project management and integration support across squadron and directorate-level activities.
• Coordinate meetings, working groups, program reviews, and stakeholder engagements.
• Manage calendars, integrated schedules, action trackers, taskers, and suspense items to support timely completion.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, shared folders, knowledge repositories, and program documentation.
• Prepare and refine briefings, reports, correspondence, agendas, meeting minutes, decision logs, and other program materials.
• Track decision packages, policy reviews, leadership-directed actions, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Support Government project officers in planning, coordinating, and executing squadron-level programs and internal initiatives.
• Assist with travel, visit requests, clearance coordination, and access-related planning in support of mission engagements.
• Support process improvement, documentation control, records management, and workflow visibility.
• Coordinate across leadership, technical teams, enabling functions, and mission stakeholders to support program execution.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility/adjudication.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting project management, program integration, mission planning, or operations support in a Government, DoD, IC, or similar mission-focused environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and task management and automated workflow tracking tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across leadership, technical teams, project officers, and mission stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.
Preferred Requirements:
• Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or Space Force mission environments.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition, PPBE, POM development, milestone reviews, or squadron-level project execution.
