·        Support and troubleshoot SOA integrations, REST service calls, XML data exchanges, and two-way HTTPS/PKI communication issues.

·        Coordinate with Oracle DBAs on database performance issues, schema or database object changes, permissions updates, and software deployment impacts.

·        Support Apache HTTP Server reverse proxy configurations with Oracle WebLogic and front-end authentication integrations.

·        Coordinate connectivity troubleshooting and monitoring activities across internal teams, hosting teams, network operations, and external partner organizations.

·        Create and maintain Deployment/Installation Guides, Troubleshooting Guides, Backup and Recovery procedures, release notes, and operational support documentation.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

·        Experience deploying, configuring, or supporting JEE applications in Oracle WebLogic or comparable application server environments.

·        Experience writing, maintaining, or troubleshooting Linux shell scripts used for deployments, code promotions, or operational automation.

·        Experience troubleshooting application performance, outages, environment issues, network connectivity, and deployment-related defects.

·        Experience coordinating with database administrators on Oracle database performance, schema, object, permissions, or deployment issues.

·        Understanding of secure service integrations, including REST, SOA, XML-based data exchange, HTTPS, PKI, or related authentication mechanisms.

·        Ability to create clear technical documentation, including deployment, installation, troubleshooting, backup, and recovery procedures.

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-team coordination skills.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:
