Position Summary
ECS is seeking a Software Test Analyst - SME to support the Army National Guard ENOCS program. The selected candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and readiness of enterprise IT solutions by developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies. This position involves close collaboration with development and infrastructure teams to validate system performance and functionality, ensuring that applications meet the stringent requirements of DoD and Federal IT environments. The Software Test Analyst will contribute significantly to the program's mission by ensuring that all software deliverables align with enterprise quality assurance standards and secure development lifecycle practices.

This position involves close collaboration with development and infrastructure teams to validate system performance and functionality, ensuring that applications meet the stringent requirements of DoD and Federal IT environments. The Software Test Analyst will contribute significantly to the program's mission by ensuring that all software deliverables align with enterprise quality assurance standards and secure development lifecycle practices.

Responsibilities
- Analyze system requirements to develop detailed test cases and validation procedures.
- Lead functional, regression, integration, and performance testing efforts.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm solution readiness.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve defects and improve system quality.
- Validate system readiness prior to deployment to ensure applications meet functional, performance, and security expectations.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies for complex enterprise application initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise quality assurance practices and secure development lifecycle standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholder teams to ensure applications meet mission-critical requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 671-System Testing and Evaluation Specialist at the Advance proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): CSSP
- Education: Masters degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
- Extensive experience in software testing and evaluation for enterprise systems within DoD or Federal IT environments
- Expertise in analyzing system and application requirements to develop test strategies and validation procedures
- Proven ability to lead testing efforts and validate system readiness
- Experience in coordinating with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and improve quality
- Demonstrated ability to ensure applications meet functional, performance, and security expectations
Desired Qualifications
- Clearance: Active Secret preferred
- Experience supporting C.5.2.5 initiatives within a DoD context
- Familiarity with secure development lifecycle standards
- Proven track record of improving system quality through effective testing strategies
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, mission-focused environment
- Strong understanding of enterprise quality assurance practices in a DoD setting
