This is a hybrid position. The candidate will need to be local to the DC Metro area as they will need to be onsite as needed for meetings.
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to deliver high-quality solutions and advisory services across the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, configure applications, and ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to deliver high-quality solutions and advisory services across the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, configure applications, and ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, and integrations in accordance with best practices
- Provide expert guidance on application design, user experience, and platform capabilities
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations
- Develop and document user stories, functional specifications, and test cases
- Support application testing, deployment, and post-go-live troubleshooting
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to ensure project success
- Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and capabilities, and proactively suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) standards and organizational guidelines
- Train end-users and create documentation for ongoing support
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Strong knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of ITIL framework and service management best practices
- Experience in client-facing consulting roles or service delivery organizations
