Steampunk is seeking a Project Analyst to support a federal customer in Washington, DC on a large, enterprise cybersecurity program within the CIO organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced environment delivering cyber services across the enterprise. You will support program operations, reporting, onboarding activities, and Agile team execution while helping ensure projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations.

You will support program operations, reporting, onboarding activities, and Agile team execution while helping ensure projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations.

What You'll Do
- Serve as Jira administrator, managing boards, tasks, workflows, and reporting outputs.
- Develop and maintain Kanban and Scrum boards to support Agile team execution.
- Coordinate with IT teams and property custodians to ensure timely provisioning of user equipment and access.
- Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, action items, and deliverables across cybersecurity initiatives.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to provide program visibility and performance tracking.
- Establish and maintain quality review processes for program reporting artifacts.
- Collaborate with internal Team Leads and federal stakeholders to gather timely and accurate inputs.
- Plan and facilitate cross-functional meetings, capturing notes, action items, and decisions.
- Support data calls by coordinating communication, tracking tasks, and compiling responses.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Continuously improve reporting processes, templates, and presentations.
- Support change management initiatives across projects and portfolios to ensure consistency and adoption.
- Coordinate with design teams and leadership to support program initiatives and emergent requirements.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Support additional program or corporate administrative activities as needed.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 4+ years of relevant experience without a degree, 1+ year with a Bachelor's degree, or no experience required with a Master's degree.
- Proficiency with Jira for task management, reporting, and workflow administration.
- Experience supporting project coordination, scheduling, and reporting activities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing documentation and deliverables.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and present data to support decision-making.
- Experience working in Agile environments and supporting Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
