Description:
- Oversee program execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment, ensuring compliance with DoD governance frameworks.
- Implement structured reporting mechanisms, risk mitigation strategies, and ongoing program assessments to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Submit the Program Execution & Performance Report, summarizing program activities, risks, and strategic adjustments.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Possess the knowledge and capability to oversee contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across all Work Orders.
- Personnel must be proficient in program governance, risk management, budget oversight, and performance monitoring.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills are required to engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively.
- Personnel must have demonstrated experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
- Experience with interagency coordination, DoD contract execution, and performance evaluation is required.
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field, or ten (10) years of equivalent experience in managing large scale DoD programs.
- Must be PMP certified.
- Desirable but not required certifications include, Lean Six, DAWIA Level III in Program Management
Security clearance:
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
