Job Description

SkyBridge Tactical is a Prime Contractor for MSOFS and a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Tampa, FL, founded in 2008 to support our customers’ global security, operational and training needs, focusing on mission success in the most challenging environments. SBT current contracts address U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Department of State (DoS) demand for highly skilled professionals to solve problems in the interest of national security.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Position Title: Pratt & Whitney Engine Field Site Representative — Kenya C-145 Program
Location: Moi Air Base, Kenya
Position Type: Full-Time, OCONUS, Contingent Upon Contract Award
Period of Performance: Three-month mobilization followed by up to 21 months in-country

Position Summary
SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a qualified Pratt & Whitney Engine Field Site Representative to support a U.S. Government partner-nation aviation sustainment program in Kenya. The FSR will provide embedded mentorship, advisory support, and technical assistance to Kenya Air Force personnel supporting Pratt & Whitney engines on C-145 aircraft.

The FSR will assist Kenya Air Force personnel in understanding procedures for inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and conducting scheduled and unscheduled repair processes on Pratt & Whitney engines. This is an advisory and mentorship role; the FSR will not serve as a maintenance augmentee or independently perform aircraft or engine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide field-level and intermediate maintenance mentorship on Pratt & Whitney engine systems and subsystems.

Advise Kenya Air Force personnel on inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance procedures, technical data usage, and sustainment practices.

Support development of maintenance, logistics, supply, bench stock, tool room, calibration, FOD, weight and balance, quality control, and publications programs.

Assist with OEM coordination, warranty issue resolution, and development of a technical data/resource library.

Provide technical assistance related to engine spare parts, repair parts, inventory management, provisioning, distribution, and ordering procedures.

Support trend analysis, internal/external process audits, maintenance logs, spare parts inventory, quality control, and lifecycle maintenance management.

Develop and support delivery of training/mentorship materials in English.

Prepare required reports and deliverables, including biweekly status reports, annual reporting inputs, after-action reports, class rosters, and other contract-required documentation.

Comply with U.S. Government, host-nation, safety, CUI, travel, and administrative requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Airframe and Powerplant certification.

At least five years of experience with Pratt & Whitney engines, maintenance directives, data reporting, and technical data.

At least five years of experience installing, inspecting, repairing, or overhauling Pratt & Whitney systems and components.

At least two years of experience developing and delivering maintenance or logistics training modules to foreign militaries.

Experience with the specific Pratt & Whitney engine type installed on the C-145 aircraft; experience may be from another aircraft platform using the same engine type.

U.S. citizenship required.

Must possess and maintain a U.S. passport.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally unassisted.

Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. and/or international driver’s license and be comfortable driving in the U.S. and partner-nation environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior OCONUS aviation sustainment experience.

Prior partner-nation advisory, mentorship, or security cooperation experience.

Experience working with OEM technical data, aviation supply chains, quality control programs, and aircraft maintenance management systems.

Familiarity with SPOT, APACS, FCG, country clearance, and U.S. Government travel requirements.
