We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer Staff: Flight Test Lead to support the Strategic Reentry Programs (SRP).
In this role you will:
• Serve as the primary technical focal point for integration and test activities across engineering disciplines, suppliers, and manufacturing organizations
Support planning for systems/hardware integration and test activities to include ground testing
• Be responsible for coordinating test equipment design and procurement, in collaboration with other disciplines
• Be responsible for CDRL development and delivery to the customer
• Support requirements and verification team with specifications
• Participate in reviews of design drawings/schematics, specifications, and test procedures
• Have excellent organization and troubleshooting skills and be proficient in understanding hardware/software design, requirements generation, product development, test execution, and verification activities
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience developing formal test plans for development, qualification, and/or acceptance test programs
• Experience coordinating integrated tests for development, qualification, and/or acceptance test programs internal and external to organization
• Experience generating technical test documentation and/or formal verification artifacts
• Active or Current Secret required prior to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance; US Citizenship required
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or related STEM discipline
• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change
• Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering
• Knowledge of DOORS, Automation Framework, and ePDM
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members
• Master's Degree in Systems Engineering, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate
• Active DoD Top Secret level clearance or above with investigation within the last 5 years

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
