Job Description
Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking Senior Program Analyst to support the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) Travel Operations Management Support Services (TOMSS) program. This role will support data analysis, lodging program operations, reporting, dashboard development, and process improvement initiatives supporting DoD travel and lodging programs.
The ideal candidate will have hospitality industry experience and strong analytical capabilities with the ability to identify trends, recommend solutions, and support operational enhancements.

Responsibilities
- Analyze lodging and travel program data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Review and validate operational data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Develop dashboards, reports, metrics, and briefing materials for Government stakeholders
- Support recommendations for lodging program enhancements and operational efficiencies
- Assist with account management and customer support activities
- Support implementation of hospitality industry best practices
- Assist with change management and process documentation efforts
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve reported issues
- Support online booking tool, GDS, and Ticket Management System (TMS) activities as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of hospitality industry experience
- Experience supporting lodging program operations, travel operations, or account management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collecting, standardizing, and validating operational data
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Government or commercial travel programs
- Experience using Sabre and/or Worldspan Global Distribution Systems
- Experience supporting online booking tools and Ticket Management Systems (TMS)
- Experience with process improvement and change management initiatives
- Experience supporting DoD or Federal Government customers preferred
