Sr. Programmer-Power Platform

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Programmer Sr - Power Platform Developer to join a high-visibility government program supporting mission-critical administrative and operational initiatives within the OCONUS market. This role will support the development, integration, and optimization of secure Microsoft Azure and Power Platform solutions in a highly regulated environment handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

Clearance Requirement: Active Secret clearance

Certification Requirement: IAT III Certification Required and ITIL Foundations Certification Required

Schedule: Full-time | Customer-facing environment

Responsibilities of the Programmer Sr:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform applications including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reporting solutions
• Integrate Microsoft Azure services including Logic Apps and Azure Functions to support scalable enterprise solutions
• Architect and manage SharePoint Online (SPO) lists, document libraries, metadata structures, and integrations with Power Platform applications
• Implement and maintain secure Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) utilizing Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and environment-level security controls
• Support Microsoft Dataverse architecture including relational data modeling, query optimization, secure migration practices, and lifecycle management
• Develop responsive and accessible UI/UX solutions compliant with Section 508 standards
• Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes including solution deployment, version control, and Dev/Test/Prod environment routing
• Collaborate directly with customer stakeholders to deliver resilient, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions
• Support change/configuration management initiatives across the applications portfolio

Qualifications of the Programmer Sr:

• Active Secret clearance or higher required
• CISSP/CCNP/CASP+/CISA/CCSP/GCED cert required. AND ITIL Foundations cert.
• Strong experience within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem and Power Platform suite
• Expertise with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI
• Experience leveraging Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions for enterprise integrations
• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and integrations
• Strong understanding of RBAC implementation, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), and DLP policies
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse architecture and relational data modeling
• Strong UI/UX development experience including responsive layouts and Section 508 accessibility compliance
• Expertise in ALM, Power Platform Solutions management, and configuration/change management best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing government environment
• Salesforce development experience preferred

Compensation of the Programmer Sr:

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000+ based on years of experience
