As a THAAD Systems Engineer for the Kingdom As a System Engineer Sr supporting the Terminal High-Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program, you will play a pivotal role in translating mission objectives into clear system design.
In this role, you will:
• Advise engineering and program leadership on launcher system design and operations
• Support launch campaigns, readiness reviews, and mission assurance activities
• Evaluate technical risks, anomalies, and corrective actions
• Review requirements, interfaces, and integration strategies
• Provide expertise on launch vehicle performance, trajectory, and mission constraints
• Support proposal development, customer briefings, and technical strategy
• Mentor systems engineers and launch operations personnel
• Coordinate across government, customer, and contractor teams
• Support the Launchers both fielded and in development.
• Support the customer with the fielded launchers both domestic and international
• Support the Launcher production and field return troubleshooting
• Support the development of new Launcher capabilities
• Support Fire Control and Weapon Systems updates as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with systems engineering activities including integration and technical analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead or support cross-functional technical teams in a mission-focused environment
• 2+ years experience with THAAD or Patriot Launchers
• Active or current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline
• JIRA experience
• Experience with network configuration and adminstration
• Active Top Secret clearance

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
