You will be the Operations LOB Product Lead for the Operations team. Our team is responsible for driving day-to-day operational support, risk identification, and practical solutions that boost production efficiency and meet program targets at the Orlando site.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace, defense, or similar).
Direct involvement in program execution, production planning, or process improvement.
Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Ability to analyze production data, generate reports, and identify trends.
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication-written and verbal-for cross functional teams.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Team oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Prior exposure to aerospace or defense manufacturing programs.
Knowledge of cost performance analysis and budgeting fundamentals
Basic knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation and change control processes.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
