You will be the Property Analyst Sr for the MFC EO Asset Management team. Our team is responsible for overseeing asset management across multiple off-site locations, ensuring accountability and compliance with corporate policies, customer requirements, and regulations.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
-Generally has 3+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
- Familiar with FAR/DFAR asset-management requirements. Proficient in MS Office and AI-driven analytics tools for creating reports, identifying issues, and devising solutions.
- Ability to travel as needed to support sites and activities at the sites.
Desired Skills:
-Skilled in MS Office and AI-driven analytics tools for creating reports, identifying issues, and devising solutions. Excellent communicator, and attention to details.
-Have a Certification from National Property Management Association.
-Experienced in use of new 1LMX system
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
