Position Summary
Odyssey Systems is seeking Acquisition Program Managers at multiple levels to support current and future Department of Defense (DoD) programs and initiatives. This is an Evergreen requisition used to identify and engage qualified candidates for anticipated openings across our portfolio.
This requisition is being used to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for anticipated future opportunities. Submission to this position does not indicate that a current opening exists. Candidates who meet the qualifications may be contacted as positions become available that align with their skills, experience, clearance level, and location preferences.
Responsibilities
The Acquisition Program Manager will support Government Program Managers and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in the planning, execution, and oversight of acquisition programs. Responsibilities include program planning, schedule management, risk management, documentation development, stakeholder coordination, and acquisition reporting throughout the program lifecycle.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Qualifications
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain an Active Secret clearance
Education: Bachelor's or Masters's Degree in a related field with 3 years of experience, 3 of which must be in DoD
Preferred Qualifications
Clearance: TS
Education: Bachelor's or Masters's Degree in a related field with 10 years of experience, 5 of which must be in DoD, OR

Duties include, but not limited to:
- Support acquisition program planning, execution, and management activities throughout the program lifecycle
- Assist with development and maintenance of program documentation, schedules, and reports
- Support cost, schedule, and performance management activities
- Assist with risk identification, analysis, mitigation, and tracking
- Support Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, technical reviews, and program management reviews
- Prepare briefings, decision support materials, and acquisition documentation for Government leadership
- Monitor program progress and identify potential issues impacting cost, schedule, or performance objectives
- Support development and review of acquisition strategies, plans, and milestone documentation
- Coordinate with Government, military, contractor, and stakeholder organizations
- Support compliance with applicable DoD, Air Force, and acquisition regulations, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
