Overview
The Project Manager II provides comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis of program and contract data for the Product Manager Biometrics (PM BIO), under the Project Manager Terrestrial Sensors (PM TS), Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE), and Layered Protection and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) portfolios.
Responsibilities
· Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of program and contract data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement related to system integration, field service delivery, and global operational impacts.
· Assist in defining, developing, and analyzing program requirements specifically related to system integration and field support services, ensuring alignment with Army operational needs.
· Develop and present comprehensive reports, briefings, and recommendations to government stakeholders on program status, financial performance, and contractual compliance, specifically addressing performance metrics for CONUS/OCONUS field support.
Qualifications
Required:
· Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical or managerial discipline
· Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Advanced Level in Program Management
· Ten (10) years of professional experience in program/project management
· Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, identify issues, and develop practical solutions, particularly those involving geographically distributed teams and diverse operational environments.
· Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
· Strong understanding of the acquisition lifecycle, government contracting regulations (FAR/DFARS), and Army-specific procurement processes, including those governing OCONUS operations, logistics, and international support agreements.
· Secret security clearance.
