Director of Organizational Performance- HCS
Location: Remote
Description:
Seeking a driven, collaborative, and high-performing expert to join our Human Capital Solutions segment as the Director of Organizational Performance . This is a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact within a dynamic, mission-driven human high performance environment - one where your work directly shapes how organizations and individuals unlock their full potential.
The ideal candidate brings a foundation in human performance, sport and performance psychology, or organizational development, paired with strong project management instincts and a genuine hunger to learn and lead. You'll step in as the HCS commercial business leader from day one, owning our commercial practice. You will contribute across the full lifecycle of our work: from business development and proposal writing to workshop delivery and content development, and reporting and client engagement. If you thrive in a fast-paced, wear-many-hats environment and care deeply about the science of high performance, we want to hear from you.
This position reports to the Vice President of Human Capital Solutions
Job Responsibilities:
Business Development & Proposals
• Lead commercial business development efforts, including prospecting, relationship-building, and client outreach.
• Support the writing and development of proposals, statements of work, and capability presentations.
• Drive sales conversations and represent the team's expertise with confidence.
Consulting & Workshop Delivery
• Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and performance interventions for groups and organizations.
• Develop content grounded in evidence-based human high-performance principles.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor solutions to client needs.
Project Management
• Support and lead end-to-end project management across client engagements.
• Track project scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate internal teams and external relationships to ensure seamless execution
Recruiting & Talent
• Assist in identifying and recruiting high-caliber talent to support commercial business.
• Help maintain a pipeline of experts to deliver workshops and conduct coaching.
Required Skills:
• Comfortable presenting to groups and facilitating workshops.
• Strong project management skills - organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Collaborative mindset - a genuine team player who jumps in wherever needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal and content writing.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Desired Skills:
• Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC) or working toward certification.
• Background in high performance consulting or executive coaching.
• Familiarity with performance psychology frameworks and their application in organizational settings.
• Experience in or exposure to business development or sales
Education and Experience:
• PhD or Master's degree in human performance, psychology, organizational development, kinesiology, or a related field.
